Sangihe, Lintasutara.com – The trial process of the Jakarta and Manado State Administrative Courts entered the field trial stage.
On Monday (07/03/2022), the judges saw the truth of the material of Tabita Gaspar et al lawsuit against the North Sulawesi Provincial Environment Office, the North Sulawesi Province Integrated Services Investment Office (PTUN Manado) and Elbie Piter et al’s lawsuit against the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources and PT Tambang Mas Sangihe (PTUN Jakarta) in Bowone Village, Sangihe.
The three locations seen are Nasarudin Menangkoda land where the pipeline was damaged a day, laydown, and Darelupang land access which according to plaintiff there is material waste.
From the hearing, the Presiding Judge of PTUN Jakarta Akhdiyat asked if around the location there were protected forests.
“Is there a vital object as long as we see this?” The question was directly answered by the citizens: nothing!
Likewise, the water pipe that was damaged a few times ago. The judge asked how long the damage took and whether the company was already responsible. It was heard that residents answered due to damage only a day the water was disturbed.
Even a laydown landowner was astonished by the lawsuit. “It’s not your land. Why did you sue?” he said.
From PTUN Jakarta also came down member Budiyami Judge Rodding, Registrar Maria. While PTUN Manado presented the Chief Judge Fajar, Judge Member 2 Warisman Simanjuntak and Registrar Sultan.
In the trial, the objects mentioned by plaintiff, was unfounded. The trial went smoothly and safely under the command of Police Chief Sangihe AKBP Tompunuh. (*)
